Microsoft just released an updated
version of the Application Builder for Windows Embedded Compact 2013, both
for VS2012 and VS2013. This update includes the “latest fixes as of March 2015”,
however no details about the fixes are mentioned.
Even so
it is not specifically stated, this should fix the issue that .dll files cannot be deployed in a C++ project: previously the deploy checkbox in the configuration manager for C++ dll projects could not be checked.
